Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy
At the LVMPD Foundation, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. You may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Our 30-day guarantee covers items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with no signs of wear, tear, or damage.
No returns or exchanges are accepted over 30 days. We do not accept returns or exchanges from promotional offers/sale items/Discount codes greater than 15% off. Free exchanges are limited to full-priced items – one exchange per purchase – only on domestic orders. We do not provide free exchanges on international orders.
Please note: All return/exchange shipping costs under the 30-day guarantee are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining proof of postage and the tracking number. *Some exclusions apply — see details below*
RETURNS & EXCHANGES REQUIREMENTS:
- You must return your product within 30 days of receiving it to be eligible for a full refund.
- Original Condition – Any purchased product(s) must be returned unwashed in the original condition. You can return an item if it has been tried on for sizing. A return/exchange can be rejected due to damage to the product. Please see below for denied return/exchange examples.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The LVMPD Foundation is not liable for the cost of returning or exchanging purchased merchandise. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during return shipment
*DENIED RETURN/EXCHANGE EXAMPLES:
- Smell, perfume, deodorant, cologne, laundry detergent smell, etc.
- Visible stains or wear marks
- Pet hair or debris
- No proof of purchase
- Torn labels or fabric
If your return/exchange meets the requirements above, please follow these steps to return your product:
STEP 1: Send an email to support@lvmpdfoundation.org. Provide your name, Phone #, Address, and Order #. Provide the reasoning for the return/exchange.
STEP 2: Once we receive your return request via email, we will respond within 72 hours. Please note that emails received on Fridays will be reviewed the following Monday. Response times may also be affected by national holidays.
STEP 3: Ship your return to 110 N. City Parkway, Suite 420, Las Vegas, NV 89106 through your preferred method of shipping. Provide the tracking number to: support@lvmpdfoundation.org. Once we receive and review the returned items, we’ll process your refund or exchange—provided all return policy requirements are met—and send you a confirmation email. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 7–14 business days for the entire process.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe the product you received is defective, please send detailed photos of the unused item along with a brief explanation of the issue to support@lvmpdfoundation.org within 7 days of receiving the product. Failure to notify us within this time frame may result in the denial of your return or exchange request. The item must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a return or exchange. Products returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be accepted

Sale/outlet and items purchased as part of a promotional sale (example: BOGO) are excluded from this 30-day money-back guarantee. The 30-day money-back guarantee only applies to items that are full-priced.
DISCOUNT CODE TERMS
Some promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined in the same order. Only one discount code can be applied per cart.
PREORDER ITEMS
Orders that contain “Preorder” items will not be shipped until the Preorder item is ready to ship.
REUSABLE MASKS/ FACE COVERINGS
For hygiene and safety reasons, hats and face masks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are exempt from the 30-day guarantee.
