LVMPD METROCON

For the first time in LVMPD history, MetroCon 2026 will bring together more than 400 police leaders from nearly every level of the organization, including the department’s entire command staff. Taking place November 3–4, 2026, at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, this two-day event will unite LVMPD leadership for learning, collaboration and professional development.

Be Part of This Historic Event.

Your partnership will help make this historic gathering possible while directly supporting the police leaders responsible for guiding LVMPD’s workforce, making critical decisions and protecting Southern Nevada. MetroCon will provide an opportunity for leaders across the department to connect, exchange ideas, strengthen leadership skills and gain valuable perspectives they can bring back to their teams. By supporting MetroCon, you are investing in the people who lead LVMPD every day and helping strengthen the department’s ability to serve our community.
