GOOD TICKET
Recognizing Good Deeds and Great Officers
The Good Ticket program, created by the LVMPD Foundation in partnership with Resorts World Las Vegas, celebrates the compassion, courage, and everyday heroism of LVMPD officers and personnel. Inspired by a Girl Scout’s idea to recognize people for doing good things, this initiative strengthens the bond between law enforcement and the community.
Each month, we spotlight acts of humanity, from saving lives to comforting the vulnerable, while supporting officer training, equipment upgrades, and positive community engagement. Honorees receive complimentary hotel stays, dining credits, and show tickets at Resorts World Las Vegas in recognition of their service.
So far in 2025, Good Ticket recipients have included Sgt. Jesse Brambilla, who helped blast witnesses regain dignity after the New Year’s Day Cybertruck explosion; Officers David Foster and Michael Ross, who comforted seven frightened children found during a squatter call; CSI Noelle Herring, whose vigilance saved a missing elderly man; and 911 Dispatchers Kacy Rafferty and Alicia Rivera, whose calm coordination ensured a safe end to a high-speed pursuit. These moments remind us that behind every badge is a human being committed to making our city safer—and kinder.
