GOOD TICKET

Recognizing Good Deeds. Celebrating Great Officers.

The Good Ticket program, created by the LVMPD Foundation in partnership with Resorts World Las Vegas, celebrates the compassion, courage and everyday heroism of LVMPD officers and professional staff. Inspired by a Girl Scout’s simple idea to recognize people for doing good things, this initiative strengthens trust and connection between law enforcement and the community.

Each month, we spotlight moments of humanity, from life-saving actions to quiet acts of care. Honorees receive a staycation package at Resorts World Las Vegas, including a complimentary hotel stay, dining and beverage credit, and tickets to world-class entertainment in recognition of their service.

So far in 2026, Good Ticket recipients include Officer Deb Rinkovsky, whose photo went viral after she was captured helping a wheelchair-bound community member to safety during heavy rainstorms, and Officer Elliott Castile, whose 25 years of service — including his work mentoring youth and volunteering as Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny — continue to build trust and connection across the Las Vegas valley.

These moments remind us that behind every badge is a human being working every day to keep our community safe, supported and seen.
