Empowering Students, One Backpack at a Time.
Far too many students in our community need basic school supplies, and you have the power to change that. Metro officers have identified students who live in high-service call areas and will deliver backpacks with essential school supplies just prior to the new school year.
By hand-delivering these backpacks, officers give students the tools they need to thrive and show them that their community cares.
Each year, this face-to-face interaction fosters trust, understanding, and mutual respect, paving the way for a safer, more connected community.
