LVMPD employees don’t just fight crime, LVMPD is part of our community.
We invite you to join the Friends of LVMPD Foundation on Thursday, November 5th for the inaugural Cops & Canvas fundraiser. This gathering will unite community-minded business leaders and citizens as we see the talents of LVMPD officers and civilian employees on canvas.
From patrol and corrections officers to dispatchers to community liaisons, guests will see the many talents of our LVMPD family members. Funds raised from this first-ever event will benefit the community via the safety events, training and tools funded year ’round by the Friends of LVMPD Foundation.
LVMPD EMPLOYEE ART SUBMISSIONS
LVMPD officers and employees, we encourage you to submit a favorite painting, sketch or photograph for this great community event. We ask that you alert the Foundation by October 15th if you plan to submit art for this debut showing. Art must be no more than
2 x 3 feet in size please.
The deadline for getting your artwork to the Foundation is October 29th.
