K-9 Trials – A Winning Show of Law & Paws Enforcement
The 32nd Annual LVMPD K-9 Trials, held over the weekend, showcased the epitome of dedication, skill, and teamwork among law enforcement K9 units. With stiff competition across various events, the trials were a testament to the unwavering commitment of these teams to public safety. Let’s celebrate the outstanding winners who emerged victorious from this prestigious event:
Top Agency Award: A big congratulations to the Taylorsville Police Department for clinching the prestigious Top Agency award! Their remarkable performance and dedication to excellence have truly set a benchmark for others to follow.
Top Dog Award: The coveted Top Dog honor was awarded to K9 Zeus and Officer Jim Young of the Fresno Police Department. Their exceptional bond, skill, and determination exemplify the very best in K9 policing.
Tough Dog Award: K9 Argo, representing the Fresno Police Department, earned the esteemed Tough Dog award, showcasing resilience, courage, and unwavering dedication to duty.
